Our workshop accepts extended abstracts (up to 2 pages excluding references) in IEEE two column format. The submissions will be reviewed by the workshop organizers, and accepted abstracts will be given a 3-min spotlight presentation (oral) along with poster presentations in the workshop. This is a non-archival workshop, meaning we also accept iterations on previous or ongoing work.

Topics for submission include (but are not limited to):

• Design, verification, learning, and control for safe co-robots
• Autonomous or assisted driving
• Human-in-the-loop control of swarm robotics
• Control of wearable robotics
• Human-robot interaction (HRI) systems modeling and performance quantification
• Imitation learning and deep learning in HRI systems
• Shared control of HRI systems
• Physical HRI, cognitive and social HRI

• May 23, 2023 acceptance notification
• May 28, 2023 submission of final presentation slides / posters

If your abstract was accepted by the workshop, you can present your work in the poster session. 

For the poster design, please feel free to choose any template/design available on the internet or provided by MS PowerPoint or even create your own poster design. The size of the printed poster should be smaller than 36 inches in any dimension. The preferred size is 36 inches by 24 inches, either portrait or landscape. Note that the poster should be printed by the presenter. Poster stands and boards will be provided in the meeting room at the conference. A poster template is available at ‘posterTmp.ppt’.
